Price List

Most services are billed on an hourly basis according to the level of service provider needed to accomplish the task at hand. The billing includes any time spent on the client’s behalf including on-site visits; phone time with service providers and interested parties; correspondence; document and report preparation; court appearances; and travel time. Out-of-pocket expenses are included on the invoices with receipts attached.

We make all efforts to preserve the assets of the estate by utilizing the lowest level of service provider able to complete the task while maintaining continuity of care. All cases are initiated and supervised by a Care Manager. Senior Care Managers are only utilized on cases that require a higher level of expertise due to the nature and circumstances of the case. Each guardianship client is visited a minimum of every two weeks by one of the team, and more often as appropriate.
