Guardian Manager: The individual is responsible for the day to day management of the Guardianship
Team. Responsible for staff recruitment and development as well as program development.
Participates in the management team and business development. A key managerial position in
the management team.
Guardian Representative: The role of the Guardian Representative (GR) is to provide supportive services to the Guardian Representative Supervisor. The GR, under the supervision of the Guardian Representative Supervisor, performs client related tasks for the client and their estate. The GR may manage projects or tasks assigned by the Guardian Representative Supervisor. The GR reports directly to the Guardian Representative Supervisor and keeps them informed verbally and via reports of the status of their clients and projects. The Guardian Representative Supervisor is responsible for all contact with primary referral sources including families; trust officers, attorneys and the courts. At times the Guardian Representative Supervisor may instruct the GR to contact a key-referring source on a limited basis for a specific issue. The purpose of this streamlined communication is to create a primary contact person with the referring source to eliminate confusion and excessive communication.
